In 2023, our Board and employees worked together to come up with a shared vision and values which guide our decision-making and how we operate, including how we prioritise and direct our resources.
‘We provide and maintain good quality homes that residents and the island can be proud of. We live our values of respect, compassion, integrity, fairness and professionalism’
Our corporate priorities are to
- Protect our financial sustainability
- Invest in existing homes
- Provide great landlord services
- Grow our supply of new homes
- Invest in our governance, people and systems
- Partner with others to achieve shared goals
We own and manage 1049 homes made up of 568 for general needs rent, 45 key worker homes (rented and managed by States of Guernsey), 272 partial ownership homes, 142 extra care apartments and 8 homes designed for people with autism. Our most recent scheme, La Vieille Plage, opened to residents in May 2026 – it was designed with Health and Social Care to provide 14 specially designed homes for people with complex needs.
