Remuneration: Voluntary

Time Commitment: At least a day a month

We are an independent, not-for-profit housing association with charitable aims, providing affordable, safe and well-managed homes for people in housing need across the island. We own and manage more than 1,000 homes, employ over 35 colleagues, and oversee a business with a turnover exceeding £14 million and assets of more than £200 million.

We are looking to appoint new Non-Executive Directors to join an experienced and ambitious Board. We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to making a positive difference and who bring sound judgement, integrity and a collaborative approach. You may already have Board experience, but this is not essential. What is important is in-depth understanding of the communities of Guernsey, sound business acumen and excellence in governance.

We are seeking to expand the size of the board and would particularly welcome applications from individuals who have experience in:

• finance and business leadership,
• property management (including health and safety and compliance) and housing, regeneration or property development,
• social housing, local government, or a regulated public or not-for-profit organisation,
