What number should you call for a maintenance enquiry?
The number to call depends on what time of day your emergency happens.
Call 240866 during office hours (8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday)
Call the emergency number on 07911 722353, if out of hours (after 4pm and before 8am and at the weekend)
The GHA’s office can also be called on 245530. Please press ‘1’ which will go directly through to maintenance. This way your call will be answered by the correct team, you won’t need to explain your issue twice and it will be dealt with more quickly.
Please remember you should only call us out of hours if it is an emergency and cannot wait until the next working day.
What does the GHA consider an emergency?

Fire
Flood
Unsecure premises
You may be charged if your call does not relate to one of these situations.
We urge you to carefully consider whether the situation is an emergency or if it can wait until the next working day. If it occurs on a Friday or over the weekend and can wait until Monday, it is advisable to call maintenance during our office working hours.
