Court Falaise (former CI Tyres)

The former Channel Island Tyres site received planning permission for 69 homes in July 2025. In January 2025, the design was adjusted to include an additional one-bedroom home. The site now has planning permission for 70 homes, including 61 one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom homes.

Cliff stabilisation works began soon after and were completed in March 2026.

In June 2026, GHA’s final development proposal was approved by the Committee for Housing and the Policy & Resources Committee, allowing construction to commence.

GHA is working with Pila Consulting, the development manager for this site.

Groupe Legendre has been appointed as a Tier 1 contractor, working in partnership with Breton Construction, to deliver the homes.

Construction is due to begin this summer, with occupation expected during the first half of 2028.

Courtil Le Pelley (Oberlands)

This site will provide 15 one-bedroom apartments for health key workers, located directly opposite the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.

We are continuing to work closely with Infinity Constructionand the development remains on track for completion later this year (2026).

Mallard Complex

The Mallard development has the potential to deliver up to 85 new homes, comprising of 69 affordable homes to be managed by GHA and 16 private residences.

This site is being brought forward by Infinity Construction, in partnership with GHA.

Outline planning permission was granted in December 2025 and, in May 2026, a planning application was submitted for the site.

Work is ongoing to prepare the development proposal for the affordable housing on this site.

Parc Le Lacheur and Saltpans Data Park

As landowners of these two sites, we recognisethe infrastructure constraints that need to be addressed before new homes can be developed.

Unlocking the potential requires careful planning and coordination with neighbouring housing developments, particularly the States of Guernsey-owned Leale’s Yard site.

We are supportive of the States of Guernsey’s planning around infrastructure for this area of the island and are working with them in relation to our sites to help deliver the vision outlined in the States Strategic Delivery Framework.
