This site is being brought forward by Infinity Construction, in partnership with GHA.
Outline planning permission was granted in December 2025 and, in May 2026, a planning application wassubmitted for the site.

Parc Le Lacheur and Saltpans Data Park
As landowners of these two sites, we recognisethe infrastructure constraints that need to be addressed before new homes can be developed.
Unlocking the potential requires careful planning and coordination with neighbouring housing developments, particularly the States of Guernsey-owned Leale’s Yard site.
We are supportive of the States of Guernsey’s planning around infrastructure for this area of the island and are working with them in relation to our sites to help deliver the vision outlined in the States’ Strategic Delivery Framework.
