This service is available before 8am, after 4pm and over the weekend. Please only use this number for emergencies so we can help those who need urgent support.
When will repairs be carried out?
We’re receiving more calls than usual following the storm. We’re recording every report and dealing with the most urgent repairs first, with a focus on keeping homes safe.
