Lettings Policy
Are you eligible for our waiting list for rented housing? You may be if:
1. You are a qualified resident of Guernsey.
2. Your gross weekly income is less than:
i. £500 (single person).
ii. £700 (couple).
iii. £900 (family with dependant children).
3. You do not own a property or have significant savings (normally £20,000).
4. You are not eligible for States Housing. If you qualify for States Housing then you should apply direct to the States Housing Department at Frossard House rather than GHA.

Are you eligible for our waiting list for partial ownership housing? You may be if:
1. You are a qualified resident of Guernsey.
2. You do not own a property solely in your own name.
3. You can raise either a mortgage or a lump sum to buy at least 40% of a home.
