one-bedroom flats will be rented out at £203.36 a week
two-bedroom flat will be rented out at £233.06 a week
These rates are for 2020 and are reviewed annually. Each property will have a weekly service charge to cover water, heating and electricity.
Residents on low incomes can apply for financial assistance from the Employment and Social Security via the Income Support Scheme which can be contacted on 732480. Residents living in partial ownership flats pay a rent based on the share of the property owned by the GHA.
