GHA completes specialist development for islanders

Guernsey Housing Association (GHA) has officially completed the development of La Vieille Plage, a new specialised housing development designed to support islanders with a range of physical and learning disabilities. The GHA-owned development will provide high-quality, purpose-built accommodation for 14 residents.

GHA granted planning permission for 69 homes at former CI Tyres site

Guernsey Housing Association (GHA) has received planning permission for its proposed development of 69 new homes on the former CI Tyres site on La Charotterie.

This milestone follows the submission of a planning application in May, with the design maximising the density of homes on the site while also ensuring strong levels of sustainability and environmental standards.
