Repairs

If a tenant has a repair problem then the process to follow is :

During office hours (8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday), please call the office on 240867 to explain the repair issue and we can assess how urgent it is.

We will then either visit the property to assess the matter and/or contact our contractor if they are needed.

If there are urgent repairs outside office hours that cannot wait until the office opens then tenants can contact our out-of-hours contractor on 07911 722353. Please bear in mind the cost of calling out our contractors at these times is expensive and hence we only expect emergency matters to be raised.
