We provide, develop and maintain high-quality affordable homes for local people in housing need.
Any financial surplus is reinvested into maintaining existing homes and delivering new housing.
We currently own and manage 1,049 homes across Guernsey, with a development pipeline of 154 additional homes up to 2031.

Our focus is on delivering safe, well-managed homes for people who cannot meet their housing needs in the private market.
How new homes are funded
New affordable homes are delivered with support from Affordable Housing Capital Grant funding provided by the States of Guernsey.
This funding bridges the gap between the cost of building homes locally and the lower rents charged to keep housing affordable.
Rents are typically set at or below 80% of private market rents.
Governance
The organisation is governed by a voluntary Board of Non-Executive Directors who are appointed through an open recruitment process and serve on an unpaid basis.
The Board is responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing performance and decision-making.

The organisation is led by a Chief Executive and a team who are responsible for delivering our business plan and managing day-to-day operations.
